AAUA’s campus celebrity and content creator, MC Dekola bagged two meritorious awards at the just concluded FOA, which took place on the 15th of this December at the Olusegun Obasanjo Multipurpose hall [OBJ Hall]
MC Dekola won the campus comedian of the year and the Best MC on campus at the Face of AAUA 2022; the event he hosted alongside hypeman E-phemmzy and Demiladey.
Over the years, the Face of AAUA is said to have been the most anticipated event held by the Varsity’s students’ Union Government [AAUA SU], it is said to be the biggest and most projected event on campus and in the town of Akungba as a whole. This year's FOA is from the office of the social director, Okeke Patrick A. (Pattoski Aladdin) who has delivered fun and activities for the students since the start of his tenure even though there has been some hiccups with ASUU and the school management this session.

According to the contestants for the ‘Face of AAUA 2022’, the FOA is not just a show and it isn’t just an event like every other, but also a platform or an avenue for undergraduates who have flair for modeling, pageantry and want to explore in the world of fashion to showcase their lives and what they have for the world.
