The Director of Socials of Adekunle Ajasin University Student Union, Okeke Patrick popularly known as Pattoski Aladdin recently celebrated the success of three massive events from his office this semester.

Pattoski Aladdin started off his tenure in office with a partnership deal with one of Nigeria’s Leading Tech company, ITEL as they invaded AAUA on 23rd of Oct, 2021 to capture student's smile with entertainment and gift prizes.
The ITEL Campus Invasion is an annual show, which didn't happen last year because of the lockdown but came back in a different form this year and it was tagged Laugh Out Loud (LOL).
The event was in sequence to the launch of the new ITEL phone, S17 which was launched on the 8th of October, this year. Items like smart watches, Phones, Power banks, Chargers, Storage Devices, and lots more were given out to students who partook in various competitions during the event.
The Guest artiste of the event was Mc Akpororo who went wild and trilled the audience for a long period of time during the show.
The second event, Mr and Miss Freshers & Orientation, also another big event which happened to make history.
The show planning took another turn as one of the world leading Soda Drink Company, Coca-cola and one of the top banks in Nigeria, GTBank partner with the event.
Mr and Miss Freshers is an annual show in AAUA to welcome the new students, expose them to the social life on campus and to make them compete for the crown.
This year's edition came in grand style as different prizes and giveaways were done. Prizes like Smart TV, Home Theatre, Makeup Kit Box, Fragrance Boxes, and many more.
The third Event which came unexpected to the students is DJ Fizzy Campus Invasion
The event was a partnership with the office of the Social Director and it was also full of energy.
DJ Fizzy came with Nigeria music stars and students came en-masse to witness and watched Otega, Terry Apala, Hype man talk-and-do and Areezy performed live in OBJ Hall.
The three events were held in the school multipurpose hall, OBJ hall and the events experienced a full hall.
An event manager and the CEO of Glee Brand, Olarewaju Olabode who is popularly known as Bidex worked together with Pattoski Aladdin for the success of these events and he also celebrated and appreciated all the team members including Team Merrymakers (A Team of Socialite Selected by Pattoski).
This was made known on his status some days back.

During an interview session with him, he talked about the shortcomings that came up during the three events. He said
"The past three events has been a huge success to me even though we had some shortcomings because we have the most challenging challenges of all which is the timing reasons, we had to plan for the events in two weeks or a week, IMAGINE PLANNING AN EVENT WITH PUBLICITY IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS IT’S A HUGE CHALLENGE BUT WITH GOD, WE DID IT.
He also said working with the DOS has been a journey worth it so far, and they faced a lot of challenges but with the team members, they were able to push through and it was successful with God. While saying this, Showbiz Industry Reporters asked him if working with Pattoski is a form of partnership and he responded
"Working with the current DOS has been the same as working with the past DOS, and if the right word is a partnership, then I guess that is it, since it benefits us all by building our brands.
The interview session ended with a question of big events students should anticipate soon; he said further
"AAUAites should expect a whole lot of events from different brands. I can promise AAUAITES it's going to be worth their time and money."
The three events got many partnership deals from both small and big brands in AAUA and outside the campus.
We conducted an interview with AAUA social director himself, Pattoski Aladin who spoke his mind freely
The interview started with a discussion which led to a question of how he felt about his achievements in office this semester, he said
“I will say it's Lord's doing, because prior to the winning of my election, I got the connections for ITEL LAUGH OUT LOUD, in which I planned a personal program with them either I win or not and as God will have it I won which made us use the event to say thanks to all AAUAITES. The second event which was MR & MISS FRESHER/ORIENTATION, was a huge success the first time in history everyone will get a free soft drink from Coca - Cola and branding of our winners by GTBANK, this brands came themselves to support the event unlike when the past Social Directors go out there seeking for sponsorship and partnership for our events. The third one DJ FIZZY CAMPUS INVASION isn't a SUG related event; it's an event from individual why the office of the social director only helped in the publicizing and ticketing sales, so it's not a direct event from my office. Lastly thanks to my team members, TEAM MERRYMAKERS for handling the events well. God bless you all.

"The events, to God be the glory were wonderful and successful but I more from the events but I promise all come next semester we are having just 2 wonderful and great events. Watch out "
Are you satisfied with the three or you felt it could have been better than that?
‘Like I said earlier the best are yet to come, watch out’.

“My team has been fantabulous, they're the best along the line a few will be dropped while a few will be added for betterment of our upcoming events.
What other big EVENTS should the students be expecting next?
"Next Semester is second semester where tons of events and shows will be held, among which is the first of its kind AAUA FESTIVAL and of course FACE OF AAUA”
